The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS)

RACE for Equity has been contracted to provide technical training and assistance to North Carolina System of Care (NCSOC) coordinators on using Results Based Accountability™ to achieve data-driven outcomes. This 18 month program is designed to provide NCSOC collaboratives with the capacity to collect and disaggregate data, address inequities, and engage their family and youth partners in the design and implementation of the services and programs they receive.

North Carolina Institute of Medicine (NCIOM)

RACE for Equity was contracted to provide consultation and technical assistance to NCIOM task forces on accountable care and Healthy North Carolina 2030. Integrating a Results Based Accountability™ framework, we developed the capacity of state leaders to identify indicators specific to health disparities and outcomes within NC.

UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, Chapel HIll

RACE for Equity is a partner with the Maternal Health and Learning Innovation Center (MHLIC). RACE for Equity’s partnership role is to assist in building the capacity of clinical and non-clinical leaders to develop competence in providing maternal health services for diverse populations. RACE for Equity is contributing to the MHLIC by educating, training, and providing technical assistance to providers and policymakers to increase their knowledge and skills on data-driven decision making and enhancing their service delivery with cultural humility. RACE for Equity is also supporting the development and dissemination of culturally relevant and inclusive materials.

The Orange County Health Department (OCHD), NC

RACE for Equity was contracted to assist the OCHD in designing their Health Equity Council (HEC). We provided training to the OCHD and their partners on the Results Based Accountability™ framework, as well as facilitated discussions on health equity and using disaggregating data to identify disparities across the social determinants of health.

The San Francisco Department of Public Health, (SFDPH), CA

RACE for Equity has been contracted to assist in the creation and implementation of a qualitative data project. The SFDPH is addressing disparities in HIV treatment among young adult and adult males who engage in sexual relations with other men. This data project will provide partners and stakeholders with valuable firsthand information, fostering meaningful engagement and solutions that cater to the lived experiences of community members.

The Chatham County Health Department (CCHD), NC

RACE for Equity was contracted to provide training to the CCHD and their partners on the Results Based Accountability™ framework. We facilitated such discussions as health equity, data-driven decision making, authentic and meaningful community engagement, and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) standards.

Multicultural australia and access community services, Australia

Multicultural Australia and Access Community Services understand the importance in having a community where people who are migrants and asylum seekers are welcomed. RACE for Equity supported each of these Queensland, Australia organizations to have measurable outcomes for this important work. By providing training and consultation to leadership and staff on Results Based Accountability™, the Access team was able to improve their understanding of measurable application of the National Settlement Services Outcomes Standards. Multicultural Australia is now moving forward with the application of data-driven decision making with Results Based Accountability™ for improved community and client outcomes.
